Schedule A

Rates and Duties Levied on Vessels at the Port and Harbour of Perth.

All vessels employed in the River Tay carrying goods and entering the precincts of the Port of Perth; £0.23

Notes:

  1. It shall be in the option of the Council to charge the above dues on the voyage inwards or outwards at the rates specified.
  2. All vessels not carrying passengers and arriving at the Harbour in ballast and departing again in ballast shall be liable only for half the above stated dues.

  1. All other commodities, goods and articles not specified above shall be chargeable in proportion to other goods of similar bulk and value.
  2. The weight (tonne) attributed above is 1,000kgs, or in cases where weight cannot be established, of 1.133m3.

Sundry Charges Levied on Vessels in Respect of Services Provided at the Port and Harbour of Perth.
